## Ошибка 401

Данная ошибка WiFi авторизации может появится только на устройствах Ваших гостей.

Она предупреждает Вашего гостя о необходимости обратиться к администрации вашего заведения, из-за невозможности подключения к Вашей сети Wi-Fi.

### Причины появления и устранения ошибки:

* Вы деактивировали точку в ручном режиме, либо она деактивировалась в автоматический из за неактивности более 30 дней. Для устранения проблемы, Вам необходимо [*активировать точку* ](/lichnyi-kabinet/tochki-dostupa/aktivatsiya-i-deaktivatsiya-tochki-dostupa.md)в ручном режиме и пройти одну авторизацию в Вашей сети Wi-Fi.
* У Вас недостаточно средства на вашем балансе. Необходимо [*пополнить баланс* ](/lichnyi-kabinet/popolnenie-balansa.md)лицевого счета.
